Velitelství brigády jsou podřízeny:
- Středisko řízení a uvědomování / Control and Reporting Centre (CRC)
s úkolem poskytovat taktické řízení ve vzdušném prostoru silám a
prostředkům nadřízeného stupně v rámci NATO a vybraným silám a
prostředkům pod národním velením.
- Radiotechnický prapor / Air Surveillance Battalion
s úkolem provádět radiolokační průzkum vzdušného prostoru a podílet se
na tvorbě integrované informace o vzdušné situaci dle dispozic nadřízeného
stupně v rámci NATO nad územím ČR i mimo něj.
- Středisko řízení letového provozu / Military Air Control Centre (MACC)
s úkolem řídit letový provoz vojenského letectva a koordinovat jej
s ostatním letovým provozem ve vzdušném prostoru ČR

Following units are under the command of the Brigade:
- Control and Reporting Center
with the task to provide tactical airspace command to the NATO command
forces and to the dedicated forces under the national command.
- Air Surveillance Battalion
with the task of carrying out radiolocation surveillance of air space and participate at creation of the integrated air picture above the Czech Republic and adjacent areas according to requirements of the NATO superior level.
- Military Air Control Center
with the task of military air traffic control and coordination with the
remaining air traffic in the Czech airspace.
